Revolutionising how people access bereavement support

Grief shouldn’t have to be a mental health problem, but when left to fester that’s exactly what it becomes. As bereavement professionals, we’ve witnessed first-hand the knock-on effect of grief on an individual’s mental health as a result of the lengthy waiting lists for bereavement support.

That’s why we believe access to bereavement support should be immediate and free to anyone in need. That’s why we want to work with you.

My charity is linked to bereavement

If your charity is already working with bereaved people, such as a hospice, a grief support service, or a charity that represents a life-limiting condition, we can work with you to make professional bereavement support accessible and free for individuals face to face, on the phone, or through our instant chat service. We can also rebrand any GriefChat tools you use to replicate your own organisation, rather than ours.

The grey areas of grief

We understand that grief can start before the final loss. If your supporters or beneficiaries are about to lose someone to a condition that has affected that person’s ability to communicate or understand their surroundings, then they may already be grieving the loss of that person and may already be in need of support. This also applies if the loss of that individual is known to be imminent.

Whatever support you’re seeking to provide, we can put a package together that works for your charity.
